التقت غرفة التجارة العربية التايوانية بمكتب التجارة الخارجية وزارة الشؤون الاقتصادية في 4 يونيو 2019
وقد رحب السيد (مايكل ليو) بغرفة التجارة بأذرع مفتوحة وخلال المباحثات قدم رئيس غرفة التجارة العربية السيد وائل حموية رئيس غرفة التجارة العربية بعض الأهداف الرئيسية التي تعمل عليها حاليا وهي: بناء جسر الأعمال بين تايوان وجميع الدول العربية
阿拉伯在臺商務協會（ACCT）在6月4日與經濟部國際貿易局（BOFT）官員會面。國貿局雙邊貿易一組的劉副組長，熱情歡迎阿拉伯在臺商務協會的成員。此次會談中，阿拉伯商會首先向劉副組長簡報該會的主要目標——在台灣與22個阿拉伯國家之間建立商業橋梁。其中還包括：擴大台灣與阿拉伯市場的貿易；讓台灣的生產部門有更高的成長；與主要的業界領謝建立網絡並成立相關資料庫。台灣來自阿拉伯世界的進口值在近年呈現下降趨勢，對此，商會指出原因，「那些與台灣沒有貿易辦事處或外交關係的阿拉伯國家，並不知道如何進入台灣市場」。阿拉伯在臺商務協會主席Wael Hamouie 表示，「協會致力於為雙邊敞開新的大門，發展台灣與22個阿拉伯國家的商業合作」。
在眾多阿拉伯國家之中，沙烏地阿拉伯是台灣近年來最大的石油供應國，屬於國營企業的「台灣中油」，每年有約40%的石油是從沙烏地阿拉伯進口。而根據最近的數據，阿拉伯世界對台灣的出口值，是遠多於台灣對阿拉伯國家的出口。因此，阿拉伯在臺商務協會做為一個官方的非營利機構，目標是要吸引22個阿拉伯國家的商業人士，來台經商與貿易——尤其包括那些沒有在台灣建立貿易辦事處或外交關係的國家。Mr.Wael補充，「我們的任務是要為台灣的經濟成長創造機會，並且建立與推廣產業的創新、經商的便利。藉由協助商貿部門，台灣可以在阿拉伯世界的經濟市場中扮演領導的角色。」商會也提到，「我們企圖在台灣與阿拉伯世界之間創造商業橋梁——瓦解無論是在文化、社會、語言上的種種障礙，讓雙邊的商業走向更繁榮的路途。」

وتشمل أيضًا: توسيع تجارة تايوان مع السوق العربية والسماح لقطاع الإنتاج التايواني بالنمو بشكل أعلى بناء شبكة تعاون و قواعد بيانات مع قادة الصناعة والتجارة ذوي الصلة في العالم العربي.
كم تم الإشارة إلى آسباب في انخفاض الواردات التايوانية من العالم العربي هذه السنوات لآن الدول العربية التي ليس لها مكتب تجاري أو علاقات دبلوماسية مع تايوان لن تعرف كيفية دخول السوق التايوانية لذلك تعتبر غرفة التجارة العربية في تايوان منظمة رسمية تهدف إلى جذب رجال الأعمال من الدول العربية للمجيء إلى تايوان من أجل الأعمال والتجارة وخاصة تلك البلدان التي لم تنشئ مكاتب تجارية أو علاقات دبلوماسية في تايوان.
وخلال اللقاء أضاف السيد وائل حموية رئيس غرفة التجارة العربية تايوان “نحن نفتح أبوابًا جديدة لتطوير التعاون التجاري بين تايوان و 22 دولة عربية و مهمتنا هي خلق فرصة للنمو الاقتصادي التايواني والبناء ، وتشجيع الابتكار ، وريادة الأعمال ،. من خلال مساعدة قطاع الأعمال ، والسماح لاقتصاد تايوان بلعب دور رائد في اقتصاد العالم العربي.
لدينا الطموح لإنشاء” جسر أعمال لتنهار اي حواجز ثقافية واجتماعية واللغوية لتمهيد الطريق أمام الأعمال التجارية لتزدهر بين تايوان وبقية العالم العربي.”
من بين العديد من الدول العربية ، تعد المملكة العربية السعودية أكبر مورد للنفط في تايوان في السنوات الأخيرة ، وهي مؤسسة مملوكة للدولة ، “النفط التايواني” ، ويتم استيراد حوالي 40٪ من نفطها من المملكة العربية السعودية كل عام. وفقًا للبيانات الحديثة ، فإن قيمة صادرات العالم العربي إلى تايوان أكبر بكثير من صادرات تايوان إلى الدول العربية.
Arab Chamber of Commerce Taiwan (ACCT) met with the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT), Ministry of Economic Affairs (經濟部國際貿易局) on June 4, 2019.
Mr. Luen-Jeng LIOU (Michael Liou), Deputy Director of the First Bilateral Trade Division, welcomed ACCT with open arms. During the meeting, ACCT presented LIOU with the main objectives of the chamber which is: building the business bridge between Taiwan and 22 Arab countries.
Including expanding the tradable sectors of the Taiwanese economy with the Arab market, allowing the Taiwanese economy to grow in more productive areas, and generating a database by networking with key industry leaders.
They pointed out the reason why the Taiwanese imports from the Arab World have decreased these years. “Arab countries that don’t have a trade office or diplomatic relations with Taiwan wouldn’t know how to enter the Taiwanese market.”
ACCT Chairman Mr.Wael Hamouie said, “ We open new doors to develop Taiwan-Arab business and cooperations in 22 countries .”
Among Arab countries, Saudi Arabia has been the largest supplier of oil to Taiwan, with Taiwan’s state-run Chinese Petroleum Company (台灣中油), importing about 40% of its oil annually from Saudi Arabia. According to the recent data, the Arab exports to Taiwan were much larger than the Taiwanese export to the Arab world.
Therefore, ACCT, as an official organization, targets to attract businessmen from 22 Arab countries, including those who do not have a trade office or diplomatic relations with the island, to come and trade with Taiwan.
Chairman Mr.Wael Hamouie adds: “Our mission is creating the opportunity for Taiwanese economic growth and building, promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and convenience. By assisting the Business sector, allowing Taiwan’s economy to play a leading role in the Arab world economy.”, ACCT mentioned. “We have the ambition to create a ”business bridge” where cultural, social, and lingual barriers are collapsed to pave the way for business to flourish between Taiwan and the rest of the Arab World.“
