World Cup Taiwan 2022 was officially announced at the Diplomatic Quarter in Taipei, with the participation of teams from 18 countries around the world, great diplomatic support and government officials, and the participation of many diplomatic missions. The press release was organized on 09/22/2022.and it was announced through the media that an Arab team would represent the Arab community in Taiwan at the official opening match.
Within the activities of the conference, the representative of the Taiwanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ambassador of the State of Haiti presented their words to support the championship and stressed its importance
The opening ceremony will be marked by the participation of an Arab team in the first opening match, where the Arab Chamber of Commerce Taiwan is the official partner of the tournament. The Chairman of the ( Arab Taiwan Chamber of Commerce ) stated in his speech to the attendees at the conference that the Arab team represents the Arab residing in Taiwan and expressed his thanks and appreciation to the captain of the Arab team and all the players the participants within the Arab team representing the Arabs in the opening ceremony of the tournament on 8/10/2022
